Kristy Fleming is a dedicated Workers’ Compensation Team Lead at Maguire Law Firm in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Although she was raised about twenty miles west of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (the Steel City), Kristy has lived in Myrtle Beach almost her whole life. This lengthy residency in the area has provided her with many opportunities to develop relationships with individuals and families throughout the region.

Kristy’s path to becoming one of the most respected team leaders at Maguire Law Firm began with years of experience working in the medical field and as an insurance billing/processing manager. The knowledge and skills she obtained from these positions were very important factors in her success as a workers’ compensation paralegal and a team leader. As a result of her extensive experience in the medical and insurance fields, Kristy can expertly guide her clients through complex workers’ compensation claims and litigation matters.

When she is not busy helping others through their workers’ compensation issues or navigating the complexities of the legal system on behalf of her clients, Kristy spends much of her time focusing on raising her children. Kristy loves traveling and trying new foods when she travels. In addition to those interests, she has always enjoyed cooking and tries out new recipes whenever possible.

Kristy has developed a strong connection to her community and its people due to living in the same location for so long. When Kristy is able to spend time with her family, especially during holidays and other special occasions, it reinforces her sense of family and community. Kristy believes that the tight-knit nature of Myrtle Beach helps provide a great place to raise a family.
